Granny flat construction may seem, on the surface, as simple as allocating space on your property and hiring granny flat builders to commence the project but this is incorrect. Exterior and interior set up

Exterior works include the installation of the roofing, the doors and the windows. A clean-up is then performed after the installation of the elements. Once the clean-up is complete and the structure has been inspected for stability, the interior set-up can start. The contractors will begin by installing both the wall and ceiling insulation. The walls are then put into place and both the inside and outside of the structure are painted.
